Hi! I'm Coco and I'm from Brittany, France. I grew up in the French countryside, and my grandmother taught me how to make jam when I was very young. It is a passion that has stayed with me all of my life.
My first jam business was a few hours from Paris, and I sold it after a mid-life crisis. In fact, I liked to joke about it! I sold my company, my house and my ex-husband (although, I did not get much for him!), but I kept the dog and brought him with me to America! Then I set up a new company called Jamology to bring the art and passion of French jam making right to your door. I hope you enjoy my jam as much as I enjoy making it.
It's really simple... less sugar and more real fruit makes better jam.
